A place to ask:"am I living in a way which is deeply satisfying to me?"
Therapy is a confidential, collaborative, and conversational relationship that can help you explore all the problems and dilemmas of being human. It’s a place where you can dwell a while in your own experience and ask, ‘am I living in a way which is deeply satisfying to me?’.
Perhaps you've been experiencing anxiety, problems dealing with stressful situations, overwhelm, persistent low moods, or difficulty coming to terms with loss – whatever it is that's causing you distress, as a person-centred therapist, my aim is to listen closely, to understand empathically and accurately, and to respond with warmth and careful attunement to your unique personal meanings as they emerge and evolve.
I am an open-minded, friendly, thoughtful, and experienced UKCP trainee psychotherapist in the final few months of a five year MSc programme in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Applications at Metanoia Institute.
I am currently offering face-to-face sessions at three locations across North London: Homa Therapy Practice (Angel/Clerkenwell, WC1X) and OneTwoFive Therapy Rooms (Finsbury Park/Stroud Greeen, N4). I also work online via Zoom.
I charge up to £45 per session, and I do offer concessions if you are in financial difficulties. Please reach out to me directly to discuss.
What happens next?
If you’re ready to book an initial 45 minute session to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and to find out if we can work together, either email or call me. I do not charge for this initial appointment and I’ll aim to respond within 48 hours to set up a time for us to meet.
Equally, if you’re unsure about whether person-centred therapy would help or if I’m the right person for you, have a look around this site and do get in touch. I’ll be happy to arrange a quick call to try and answer any questions you might have.
